Holodiscus discolor oceanspray

A native shrub, common at Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve, planted around the Elliott Program Center (Governor’s Corner) with other native plants: tree-anemone, toyon, coast live oak and valley oak. The alternate, deciduous, thin leaves are toothed near the distal half.
