This low, spreading groundcover to 1 foot tall has steel-blue leaves that turn purple in winter. The long trailing branches have upright twigs. Planted at Landau Economics Building.
Name derivation: Juniperus – Latin name for juniper; horizontalis – horizontal (prostrate branching habit).
