Shrub, spreading, mounding, 3 or more feet tall; evergreen, opposite leaves, 2 inches long, green above and blue-green below. Golden yellow 2.5 inch across blossoms, single or in clusters. Manzanita Park, Rains Houses, west side of Durand, Green Earth Sciences Bldg., and elsewhere.
