Subshrub or shrub, with large white flowers, grows on north side of Green Library’s east wing, and along the northeast side of Frenchman’s Park. A related poppy family plant, the summer-blooming bush poppy, Dendromecon rigida, with smaller yellow flowers also grows in Frenchman’s Park.
