Weedy in San Franciquito Creek. Long-blooming tubular, yellow flowers can be seen from El Camino Real at bridge.
Name derivation: Nicotiana – After Jean Nicot (1530–1600), who introduced the tobacco plant to France; glauca – glaucus: covered with a grayish or whitish bloom (the shoots and leaves).
